At Switchkraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Switchkraft account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
